CCTV is both a physical installation and a connected system. The camera has to be positioned and cabled well; the recorder, network and day-to-day access have to make sense to its owner. That is why this service brings two established local businesses together.
One survey, one design
We look at the property together: what each camera needs to show, how cabling can be routed neatly, where the recorder will sit and how the network will serve it. A public Aerial Wizard review describes a tidy CCTV installation and a useful handover, while The IT Guy Bournemouth's work brings further networking and troubleshooting experience to the shared service.
Configured and supported together
The two businesses work together on camera setup, recording, remote viewing and the explanation you receive at handover. We both understand CCTV configuration and remain available when a system needs attention, adjustment or expansion.
Already used to working together

What the shared approach means on site
We plan camera views and cable routes alongside the recorder location and network. We discuss who needs access, whether phone viewing is appropriate, and what will happen when a camera or app needs attention later. For new projects we specify Hikvision equipment. We can also assess an existing Hikvision system, or support and add to an existing Dahua installation; we do not offer new Dahua installations.
Clear ownership at handover
